Our Pembina Co-op location in Souris is currently looking for candidates who are familiar with building homes/building projects.
The role we are looking to fill will assist with customer service in providing quotes for mid size DIY projects and will work with local contractors on sourcing materials for home builds and renovations.
The ideal candidate will be able to receive client input, interpret their needs, review documentation (blueprints, design drawings, etc), assess building material costs and selling price associated and provide a cost estimate to the customer and/or contractor.
We are looking for someone who brings to the table 5 years of experience directly involved in working with building materials as product knowledge is key. Having a skills set that thrives on troubleshooting and finding solutions for our customers and contractors, someone who is organized with attention to detail as this work is project based, and someone who genuinely enjoys making customers dreams come true, whether it be a new deck or a new home!
