Parking Lot Sweeping/Painting Crew Member
Johnson's Commercial & Industrial Services is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in the Parking Lot Maintenance Industry. This position well suited to those with a background in construction, painting pavement repairs, or general skilled labour who takes pride in quality work and job site professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities :
*Operate parking lot sweeping and maintenance equipment
*Perform line painting and pavement marking work to a high standard
*Complete site prep, layout assistance and clean up
*Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
*Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
*Work independently and as part of a crew
Ideal Canadate :
*Has experience in construction, skilled labour, painting, or related field work
*Is reliable & self motivated
*Takes pride in workmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining a professional apperance on site.
*Is physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work
*Holds a valid drivers license
*Understands the importance of safety, productivity, and representing the company well in the field.
