We're taking applications for Customer Service Representatives / Drivers (our Field Crew) to join the team that's out on the road every day being the friendly, professional face of Progressive Westman.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive company-branded vehicles on efficient routes to deliver rental mats, uniforms, mops, towels, dispensers, sanitation supplies, and equipment to customers across Westman
- Provide outstanding on-site customer service: chat with decision-makers, handle inquiries, spot service gaps, and turn everyday deliveries into opportunities to make customers' lives better
- Load/unload accurately, perform light warehouse duties, and keep vehicles and workspaces clean and organized
- Prioritize routes, communicate clearly with the Route Service Manager and operations crew, and help keep everything running smoothly
- Represent the company with pride - clean uniform, positive energy, and a "we've got you" attitude
What We're Looking For (Culture Fit First)

- Are true team players who support the crew and enjoy working with customers
- Are reliable, proactive, and take pride in doing things right
- Communicate clearly, ask questions, share ideas, and are open to learning
- Hold a valid Manitoba driver's license with a clean driving abstract and clean criminal record
- Are physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and staying on their feet
- Any age or background is welcome - we care about the person, not just the resume
Previous delivery, customer service, or route experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed.
