Responsibilities:
? Maintaining appropriate parts inventory
? Handle orders and requests for parts or parts information efficiently via phone
? Serve retail walk-in customers in store and process payments
? Specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements
? Assist in Shipping/Receiving, parts put away and organization
Qualifications:
? Effective Team member
? 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
? Knowledge of Power Sport industry
? Computer literate and the ability to learn new systems quickly
? Sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Capabilities Required:
? Ability to identify sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly is essential
? Literacy skills and the ability to read and interpret orders, part numbers and shipping statements
? Attention to detail, listening skills and the ability to multitask
? Lifting and moving merchandise of up to 50 pounds
? The ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
