Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Westman, a member of the Murray Auto Group is currently looking to hire a receptionist for our busy office.
This is a full-time position Tuesday-Saturday, 9am - 6pm.
The successful candidate must be extremely reliable, friendly, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be customer focused and be able to work both unsupervised and part of a team.
Some duties will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly manner
Answering and directing all incoming calls
Collecting payment from customers both in person and over the phone
Signing in/out courtesy vehicles and following company procedure
Daily close out
Filing
Incoming and outgoing mail
Assist all departments where needed
Requirements:
Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer issues
Capable of multi-tasking
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication
