Seeking part time social support for retired 53 year old male Military Veteran with medical and mobility challenges.
Weekdays only. Spouse works full time outside of home. Location 5 minute drive West of Brandon.
Duties include: engaging in meaningful conversation and social interaction, transportation and support for scheduled medical appointments, assistance with light meal prep and activities of daily living.
$25 per hour, 6-10 hours per week - paid weekly
Required qualifications: Relevant work experience as a care provider, with employment references.
Holds a valid Class 5 Driver's license and expected weekly use of personal vehicle.
Must have outgoing personality, strong communication skills and be motivated to structure social activities.
Preference/suitability for those with common interest in military, sports, music and world events.
