MTD riding lawnmower, 38 inch deck 12 HP B & S motor. For sale for parts or as a handyman's project. Unit has always been stored in shed and maintained. Engine runs perfectly, easy starts. Needs a new battery. Rear axle is loose on differential, I suspect that the clip that holds in place has come loose. The repair is beyond my capability and available tools, I have not take apart to fully assess the problem.
