Job Summary

The role is responsible for fabricating components for the Machining division. This will include assembly, welding, and basic machining. This role will also assist with material preparation and organization.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone with fabrication experience and a mechanical aptitude looking for a long-term career path. Ideally, a strong candidate in this role would move into Atom-Jet's Driveline department and take on a more senior position.

Duties and Responsibilities

?       Assembly of Machine Shop parts.

?       Production welding of machine shop components.

?       Cutting and preparing material for machinists.

?       Various support tasks for the Machine Shop.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following characteristics:  

 

Experience - Welding & mechanical experience is highly desirable, but training will be provided to a strong candidate.

Skills & Attributes - The successful applicant must be able to multitask, work in a team setting, and have an excellent work ethic. It is also critical that this individual has an interest in fabrication and a mechanical aptitude.
