Carpenters/Framers/Exterior Installers
ProGres Construction is hiring!
We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our growing construction crew in Brandon, MB.
We are currently looking for carpenters, framers, carpenter apprentices, roofers, siding installers, and soffit/fascia installers.
Experience in construction is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person if you have a good attitude, show up every day, work hard, and are willing to learn.
What we?re looking for:
- Available for 40+ hours per week
- Overtime available and paid after 40 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round, including Manitoba winters
- Valid driver?s licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work safely and follow company safety procedures
- Comfortable working at heights and around construction equipment
- Willing to learn and work as part of a crew
- Framing, roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, or general carpentry experience is an asset
- Apprentices and people interested in learning the trade are welcome to apply
We offer steady full-time work, opportunities to learn different areas of residential and commercial construction, and room to grow with the company.
Location: Brandon, MB and surrounding area
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week + overtime
Wage: Based on experience
