Infinite Properties Inc. is hiring a Tenant Services Coordinator in Brandon. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and getting out of the office for apartment showings and inspections, we?d like to hear from you.
You?ll help tenants with day-to-day questions, coordinate maintenance requests, and guide new tenants through move-in. Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or property management is welcome.
What the job would look like
- Tenant communication ? Answer questions, respond to concerns, and keep tenants informed about next steps.
- Leasing and move-ins ? Show apartments, coordinate lease paperwork, and complete move-in and move-out walkthroughs.
- Maintenance coordination ? Enter work orders in software, arrange access, and follow up until the work is complete.
- Property visits and records ? Carry out inspections, document issues, and keep management updated on anything that needs attention.
