Jordin Tootoo retirement

Brandon was real fortunate to have such a unique player and inspiring guy spend such important years of his hockey playing career here. We've seen a lot of talented players play over the years but I'll never forget the energy in the building whenever #22 was on the ice. It was a privilege as a fan to see him grow from the fearsome dominant physical presence he already was his early WHL years to a player that showed by his fourth year in Brandon that he could be a force to be reckoned with in all facets of the game. I know a lot of fans continued to follow Jordin's career as he made the jump to the NHL and really made a name for himself in the hockey world and inspired a lot of people on the ice and off.
Cheers to a great and memorable career!
