What are some of the best/picturesque golf courses around Westman/Manitoba?  
And what makes your favourite golf course the reason it’s your favourite?

Clear Lake  
Poplar Ridge  
Neepawa  
Oak Island  
Minnedosa

would second this list!

I don't think Oak Island is picturesque but that's my opinion.  
Killarney, Pleasant Valley, Gilbert Plains, Bridges and Minnewasta (by Morden) are in my list.

Best and most picturesque are two different things.  
 
If you’re looking for views, nothing in Westman beats the 9th tee at Clear Lake. Surprisingly Deloraine has some decent views as the course is around the reservoir.  
 
I’ve heard great things about Hecla, Granite Hills, Falcon Lake, and Buffalo Point but I haven’t played any of them yet. Definitely on my must play list.  
 
There’s lots of good courses within an hour of Brandon, but other than Clear Lake none of them have any real spectacular views. Shilo, Neepawa, Minnedosa, Oak Island are all worth the trip. I’m personally not a big fan of Killarney or Pleasant Valley but that’s just me. I get why others quite like those courses.
