Is pelican lake car accessible? Anybody having any luck around? Rivers and oak lake havent provided much anything lately!

I would think a car would be having trouble with some of the drifts that were out there. I was out Saturday from 9 AM till 5:30 PM four bites zero fish landed. Post to the fishing 24/7 southwestern Manitoba page on Facebook and lots of skunked fisher people that day out there.
