NHL considering expansion to Vegas, Toronto?

I just had a read of this article in which they cite some pretty good sources in saying that the NHL is considering placing a second team in Toronto similar to how baseball has the two teams in Chicago and New York. They go as far as mentioning the possibility of both Toronto teams using the Air Canada Centre.
With how hockey crazy that part of the country is, I'd bet they can support two teams quite easily.. but I'd rather see a second team in Hamilton than directly in Toronto sharing the same arena.

I've also read a few articles in recent weeks where the possibility of expanding to Vegas and being the first big league there (not counting the poor CFL Posse).
What do people think about having new teams in these (or other) markets... and in general the idea of the NHL adding more teams and potentially watering down its product??
