New to Brandon, looking for sports teams/leagues

I'm 27 years old and moved to brandon for work a short while ago. Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for joining any sports teams for the summer and possibly a hockey league for winter (don't want to think about winter just yet). I'm just looking for rec leagues for fun and to get out and enjoy the summer. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
