WK Tickets

I am trying to order more tickets for tonights game via phone from ticketmaster. It rings about 10-15 times and then disconnects. Then you call back and its busy for 15 minutes and then the whold process starts over again. Are they not answering the phone because it is a sellout??
ANy advice. I could order online but curious what's wrong with the phone line.
