Does Anyone paint Bicycles as a hobby?

I just bought a used bike, it looks okay but I would love to paint it another color (yup I'm a girl) and wondering if anyone paints bikes in the brandon area as a hobby or for work? I'm looking for prices and someone who does a great job. Any recommendations or ideas?
