Anybody else having problems with NFL Redzone CH 360

For two weeks, WCG programmed it wrong and it was unauthorized on Sunday when I went to watch it. They gave me a $5 credit (WTF!) and now this week, I get the channel but it is blacked out with no signal. Are others having troubles?
