Derlago, Aulie league award finalists
4/19/2007 at 12:21 PM
Congrats to Keith Aulie, the East nominee for WHL Scholastic player of the year. Keith's been keeping a 94% average at Crocus, all the while putting in the major time commitments that go with playing in the WHL
Congrats also to Mark Derlago for getting the nod as a Most Sportsmanlike finalist. I found it pretty interesting that Mark's opponent for this award, Aaron Gagnon of Seattle, had 58 PIMs in 59 games compared to Mark's only 34 in 72. You don't usually see a PIM-per-game player get this close to this kind of recognition.
