Good for the New CFl Commish

Read that there is no chance for a 08 return of CFL to Ottawa unless there are long term gaurantees. It just pisses me off to se a team fold reform harvest the good players from well developed teams to fold again and then want to reform and harvest another crop of the good players. Sure teams can protect players but its not the same. With teams all over the place trying to rebuild Ottawa can easily build a contender which is not fair to the rest.
