No snow = No ice

That's pretty much the only option until winter weather arrives. It needs to be cold enough for the water to freeze so the rinks can be made. It's been too warm. I have a teenaged son whose FB reminded him that he was out on the rink on this day a year ago. There are pros and cons to this unseasonably warm weather. No outdoor ice would be a con.
