Stay quiet, gather proof...

I knew of people who were bullied and harassed in different ways (including unwanted sexual advances for one of them). In all cases, little to no help came simply because they were not believed. With time some were able to "turn the tables" and made others realize what monsters the accused really are. The use of phones to quietly record conversations and to surround yourself with witnesses is the only solution. gather enough before presenting your complaint to management. One incident won't be enough. It may take months to make a case against the abuse. The last thing you want to do is to constantly, openly complain without anything to back you up. Because your word means nothing. You've become a annoyance and a 'squeaky wheel' in managements opinions. Stop! You're digging yourself into a hole. Let it blow over for a while , act normal and wait for the opportunity to present itself. ...then prove yourself.
Seems crazy to have the aggressors continue their advancements, but that's the way the game is played in real life. This is not grade school or University or social media where the accuser is heard and believed while it's up to the accused to prove their innocents. Evidence is truth in the real world. you know... "innocent until proven guilty" thing comes to mind. So, suck it up, get a thicker skin and prepare yourself for the golden opportunity to happen to burn those buggers.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
