Hi. Does anyone know, if there is a sea port in Winnipeg?

Are you maybe thinking of lockport, mb near winnipeg, last I checked no seaside property in winnipeg, only much, much farther north

Probably. I really have no idea. I wonder where is the nearest sea/ ocean port in Brandon. Because I have parcel coming from another country, for my business.

Would be where container ships dock and unload on the west coast. Then I believe Montreal and Halifax are where the other container docks are. From there they would be put on trucks or trains.  
 
For containers arriving in Winnipeg by train, they would either get unloaded at CP Weston or CN Transcona intermodal yards. Then trucked to their destinations.  
 
But if your talking about parcels, I believe most get loaded on aircraft to get from international destinations. Then go through sorting and custom facilities near the major airports. Most parcel delivery services have their own fleet cargo aircraft.  
 
So either by intermodal or aircraft is how you parcel will arrive in Winnipeg, no seaport here.

What an unusual question. So much so I think it's got some interest sparked up. I mean Manitoba could be any further away from an ocean. To the west the closest sea port would be Vancouver and Halifax, Montreal, or even Thunder Bay to the east. Are you looking for a sea port because you're have a large container (sea can) shipped, or are you looking for a port of entry for a small parcel? If it just a port of entry you're looking for just have the sender address it to you and when it lands in Canada, Canada Customs will clear it at what ever entry point it come here to. It will come to your address with you having to do anything.
