how does a person get a refund ticket master at the keystone is closed they don't return phone calls

If you paid on your credit card, contact them and set up a dispute claim.

paid cash at bdn ticketmaster in the keystone called 1-855 number after a long wait on hold was told main ticketmaster only refunds if you bought online and that bdn ticket master handles there own refunds there message says they are open 10 am to 5 pm but the doors are always locked does anyone know if they are ever open

I don't believe the Keystone Box Office is an actual "Ticketmaster" outlet - I'm pretty sure it changed years ago.

The Keystone is not Ticketmaster.... you need to contact the keystone directly to get a refund

hasn't been involved with Ticketmaster for over 10 years. It's all done inhouse through the Keystone Centre's own ticketing system.
