My hubby cannot re set his password for EBrandon. He gets as far as receiving an email saying a new password will be sent but no email ever comes. We've tried using the direct contact link for this page and had no reply.

I remember correctly i have had this happen a few times, and whenever it happens I always forget then have to message ebrandon lol . It could be a case sensitive on your email, if your using a capitol letter try lower case or vice versa. It has to do with how you signed your email up with ebrandon. If that doesn’t work you can email ebrandon and they will help you, or Adam might see this and be able to help aswell!!

He receives an email saying click here to re set. So he clicks there. New page opens up that says he will receive another email with a new password & THAT email never shows up. He has tried contacting EBrandon and never hears back from anyone. I'm hoping Adam sees this discussion and can help.
