issue with profile.

So, I have an issue with my profile. I can't seem to delete contacts no matter how much i click the "delete" button.
on a semi-related problem, I can't change my default profile picture. It sticks to "waiting confirmation". I'd understand if it took a few days, but it's been a few months without progress.
