Anyone else having problems with their service from westman ? Location - North Hill . Thanks and happy holidays to everyone on ebrandon . Cheers .

Did you call the Help Desk. Its open 365 till 12am. They will let you know whats going on.

My only problem is that I called to get TSN over Christmas so we could watch the World Juniors. Somehow they managed to cancel many of our regular channels in doing so. When I called they said they can't/won't do anything about it until after Boxing Day. Absolutely terrible customer service.

can you not add and delete channels yourself?

You can on MTS.

All five TSN channels come in Westmans basic package and up. What is the error you are getting? Did you call the help desk? I assure you that if its just a matter of adding or removing channels they will make it happen.

I assure you I did call, and they assured me they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. I asked several times.

they are the worst...they dont value customer service,
I never seen a co. treat people so bad I STOPPED SERVICE LAST MONTH.I went to the other company,get the same pak. better service and THEY POLITELY TAKE MY MONEY. Thats all you can ask for they are all going to get you...

That I was contacted on Boxing day and they are working to address my issue. Its not fixed yet but not for lack of trying.
