Paying to *receive* texts
7/9/2008 at 1:57 PM
Some may have read this yesterday.. that Bell Mobility is going to start charging on the receiving end for text messages.
The Free Press did a story on this with a local spin where they interviewed local carriers to see what their angle was. MTS gave a quote to the tune of "They have no current plans to charge for receiving text messages"...
I'm curious how other people see this? If one of MTS or Rogers charged for receiving texts, would it effect your decision on where you give your cell business?
