Understand your frustration

We've been a shaw customer for years and sort of gotten use to the system not working correctly. I consider myself sort of patient, and have spent overan hour waiting so that I could talk to a service tech. We then do a check of signal and they tell me that there is no problem with my system, have done the unplug and leave alone for a while, but how many times should a person have to unplug something in a hour, have had it suggested to me that I might need to get the connection replaced on the cable, but have to question that when even when it's not working it has a good signal.
At times a person has to wonder about our would progressing, now are the days where a person can be charged for terrible service.
