I used to be on Westman, but switched to MTS due to some customer service issues. Note - this had nothing to do with the actual TV/Internet/Phone, but to do with contact and response within the offices. With MTS, I have had no issues with the offices, but I have had a fair number of issues with the actual service. Keeps cutting out, taking both TV and internet out at the same time. Sometimes, an unplug and plug back in fixes it, sometimes not. Only been with them a few month's, and I've had service out 4-5 times already. Really thinking of switching back, as I can take the office/contact issues over lack of service!
