For those poor Rogers customers like myself that have been without service since 9pm last evening, has anyone tried to call in and complain?? I did and they are going to be crediting my account (just a month free but it is something).
I would suggest calling them and complaining as well for the poor and slow repair time!! 18 hours is just too long!!!
