Westman Buffering Issues

Have a really strange issue with my internet all weekend. I’m getting my normal fast download and upload speeds. Can watch Netflix and YouTube no problem but I cannot watch anything with a live stream with horrible buffering issues. NHL gamecenter. Wwe network. Ufc tv. It’s worked fine for 2 years and now it’s horrible. WiFi and hardwired both causing issues. So weird that everything except live streaming video is working.
