Anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong or how to fix it?  
 
I have had my phone a few months do not download my pics or vids very often. however I have some I tried to do yesterday. I tried on 2 PC's a laptop and a desk top. both only have the sound there is no picture.  
 
I tried google and not getting too far.  
I reached out to a friend who transfers pics all the time.  
I am trying here  
 
then if no luck i will go as at phone store for help when it opens.

You are likely missing the codec used for the video conversion.  
 
I would suggest downloading vlc media player and try opening the video that way.  
 
VLC is a multi codec video player, meaning it will play just about anything and give you the proper audio and video.  
 
Note: I have seen it flip videos from phone upside down. There are controls in the software for flipping the video back, but hopefully you dont have to go down that route.

i saw the codec thing on my one computer.  
 
i took lap top to computer place to see what they an figure out.
