    Anyone here has an ADS-B tracking station and dabbles in flight tracking?  
    I just hooked up my station with Flightaware and would like to connect with other enthusiasts in the area

    getting a Flightaware ADS-B receiver, but my apartment isn't really a good spot. I use Flightaware and FlightRadar24 to see what aircraft are flying above.  
     
    I've also looked into setting up a lightning detector, but again the apartment isn't a good location.

    FlightAware ADS-B Coverage Map, there are 4 in Brandon who have the ADS-B feeders.

    Hey Trevor, thanks for the reply. Yes i did notice the users. Was hoping to use ebrandon to have a discussion with any of them, or any other enthusiast.  
    I'm a novice and looking to learn fast.

    Curious as to why you think you didn't get picked?  
    Once I had my station ready, I was able to claim and link my receiver to Flightaware easily
