    ipad facebook refreshing

    Is there anyway to stop my ipad from refreshing facebook constantly? I can't even finish reading something and it refreshes back to the top. This is very frustrating.

    I just go to  
    -settings  
    -click on general  
    -click on background refresh - disable it

    Settings on ipad

    I went into settings, general account settings, and I only have name, username, contact, ad account contact, memorialization settings and identify confirmation. I do not see a refresh option.

    Go into the Settings for your iPad Itself, not the Settings within your Facebook account. Then go to General and then you’ll see background refresh.
