Westman internet and chromecast

Just recently switched to westman internet and ever since our chromecasts have not been working well. Anyone else have these issues with westman?

What are they doing wrong or not doing? Both Chromecasts here are doing fine, better than the prism boxes even!!

Wireless Access Points

Are you using your own wireless access points and router? Or just whatever was provided?

We have Westman Internet with a Chromecast and it works fine.

Wifi network

Everything has to be on the same wifi network. So, I bet your chrome casts are hooked up to the old provider wifi setup, where your other stuff is on the new provider wifi. Look online for changing the wifi network on a chromecast
