Recently purchased a new printer. All the functions are working, but can’t get the scanner to connect with the computer. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for someone/ company that will come to help get it working in our home. Thanks

3Ctech from Virden. If you have good internet (unlike me) they may be able to fix it remotely without visiting your home. Ask for Jeff.

One thing to check would be the manufacturers website for a specific scanner driver or an all in one driver (usually a larger sized file) for your printer model that encompasses all the functionality.

Type your printer into UTube. That worked for me.

Wayne is Home Tech. Will also make house calls. Always very helpful. Have called him several times.
