Help with youtube

Hello, I’m new to YouTube and need help with a a few things on it. First is on how to make a link clickable for easier access . Not just the copy and paste I have done so far. The second is the size of my video when played on tv. It comes up really small. I’m willing to pay for help to learn the right way .
