I have completed a PowerPoint Slide Show for this Remembrance Day which mentions my three uncles and my husband's great-uncle who all died in France during World War 1 and then makes the very close connection to all of the Canadian soldiers who have lost their lives in the Afghanistan campaign. I plan on sending it to CTV and CBC in Toronto and CKY-TV in Winnipeg and CKX in Brandon. It is close to 10 minutes long as includes individual photos of all soldiers lost in Afghanistan so I really do not hold much hope that any broadcasting company will present it. A couple of my friends suggested posting it on Youtube but my son tells me as it is not in video format it is not possible. I am wondering if there is anyway of submitting something like this on-line. My only problem is that we are still on dial-up out here on the farm and I would have to find someone else who could post it. I have not looked into the video link on e-brandon yet as any take too long to down-load. Once again any suggestions would be appreciated.
