Afternoon internet downtime?

Did anyone else experience some internet downtime this afternoon some time between 1 and 1:30 PM? Our building downtown had two separate connections go down and from talking with Westman at the time the source of the problem was just being figured out.
These types of things happen to the best of us and it's great to see things addressed so quickly, but am curious to get an idea of how widespread it was.
