HELP with installing printer

This morning I was working at installing my Epson Stylus CX3810 Printer/Scanner to my new Acer laptop which is using Vista. I went to the download site and installed TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility v3.04A (hope I installed the right one) ... it appears that the scanner has loaded but not the printer. HELP!!! Please. I thought I would ask now before the problem gets bigger. TIA
