e-cigarettes

I saw discussion on this sight some time ago about e-cigarettes. Someone said they bought them in front of London Drugs in the St Vital Shopping Ctr.(Wpg) We went there and couldn't find the tobacco shop. Can any one give me more info about where to physically see them before I buy them on line. What was the name of the tobacco shop?
