Need help with computer....

Hi Everyone, My computer crashed on me 2 days ago and it was a great computer.
We had an asuas Video card installed into our computer about a year ago. The fan I guess went on the asuas video card computer and now we can not even turn our computer on. I need my computer fixed as soon as I can Im pretty sure that all I need is a new video card as my last one was not given to us. Right now I am using an older computer that only has a 10mb drive. SO I can not install windows xp/ windows or anything, I have installed ubantu but can only use it for the internet and it freezes all the time and I have to reinstall it all the time. If you can help me fix my computer please give me some insight! Thanks everyone Rita
