Digital cameras.. what do you use?

Alot of us use digital cameras in this day and age, instead of film, what do you use as a camera?
I currently use a Canon SD1000 camera, I love the size, and the build of the camera, it's a tough device, especially since its made out of metal

plus it has taken some awesome pictures, but now I'm contemplating to get a new camera, either a Canon EOS XS or XSi, I've been interested into getting a digital SLR-based camera for 3 years now
