Setting up wireless

I just had a roommate move in with me and we would like to hook up the second computer to my internet. I have a wireless router through MTS and it is secure and we can't figure out how to hook up the second laptop to it. We have tried emailing MTS for advice but haven't heard back.
If anyone could give advice on how to set it up would appreciate it.
