Blackberry Users! I need help!

My screen is completely white except for a small message in tiny print that says "JVM Error 102". What does this mean? How do I fix it? Any advice?
I have an 8830, World Edition and I want some public feedback before I visit MTS! I really do not want to have to pay for repair or for a loaner phone if I can fix this problem myself!
