Cell phone company...

I am at my wits end in dealing with my cell phone company. Last year my boyfriend bought a phone from the company's contracted store and after 3 weeks the phone stopped working. He sent it in for warrenty work. A few weeks later he was told the warrenty will not cover his repairs because it was physical damage. (He shut his phone and it stopped working...not exactly physically abusing the phone if you ask me.) We tried to challenge the warrenty company but got the run around by the phone manufacturer, the warrenty company, and the cell phone company. 10 months and many phone calls later got us nowhere. Finally this summer we got the issue resolved and his phone back with little remourse from the company. 10 months ... yikes.
Fast forward to 3 months ago ...
I had to pick up some forms for my cell phone. The location where this phone company contracts their service told me to have it signed, fill out the information, and then bring it back to store to have it faxed off to the company. I was told these were my only options. 3 months later, no changes have been made so I call about the status of my forms. The company itself informs me the forms never made it to their centre, meaning, somebody lost the forms.
Yeah this may be a petty issue but i've lost all hope in this cell phone company. The company itself has given me the run around in both issues, and have said it's their contracted stores fault. In my opinion I think the contracted store is still a reflection on the company itself. If your contracted people are incapable, then hire a new one. It just looks bad for the company. So here i am annoyed and formless, and on my way to pick up, fill out, and later drop off another set of forms. Lets just hope this time they don't loose this set too...
