arrrggg,...... I have waited all day for an appointment that was booked almost 2 weeks ago for an installer to come out to hook up my BELL EXPRESS system and ....THEY WERE A NO SHOW!!! they were suppose to be here between 8 and noon and by noon when there was no call and no person I phoned BELL and they said "oh sometimes there are troubles and they are running late" OK no problem, well by 2:30 and still no human contact with anyone I called again and oh they are sorry they wont be able to get to me today??? WTF??!! nor will they give me what the installers names are or anything like that??
So after asking to speak to a supervisor and finding out they are a company called QX or QX WEST she was going to try to contact them to find out what happened! I laughed at her and told her it was a beautiful day and they probably all left as this company (as I found out from Google while on the phone with them since no one there at BELL could give me their number, is based out of WInnipeg)was a 2 hour drive from Brandon and maybe they should find and installer in OUR area to do this as this company IMO was NOT reliable. She then after several minutes comes back on the phone to let me know that apparently I was somewhat correct as there wasnt even an installer in the area today?? HUH ??
Why is it when i book an appointment this happens?? and i take have to take the day off work to wait for them so now I have booked another appointment. Now they say there appointments are very booked up (probably because installers never show!!LOL) they only have s few different days open or else you could wait for up to a month...arggg
So now I ask them What are you going to do for me for this inconvenience?? Oh they will give me credits on my bill she says?? Harumph!! we'll see
Ok I've vented now and feel a smidge better but wish there was some way to..... I dont know....snap my fingers and give me satisfaction!!
