Rogers "drops" system access fee

From the link below, Rogers will no longer be charging a $6.95 system access fee on new cell phone contracts.
In its place, however, all base plans will be receiving a $5 price bump. In Manitoba, we will also see a $2.58 government regulatory fee (the link below outlines what's covered by this fee)
When all is said and done, the changes are said to be revenue neutral from Rogers' perspective.
