Boost radio and cell signal

I would like to boost the FM radio signal in our building. It seems our building which is made of mostly steel is preventing most, if all of us to receive good FM radio signal.
I'll also like to boost my cell phone signal as well. Unfortunately where my office is located, I sometimes don't receive good cell signal.
Is there an antenna we can mount on the roof top or even anywhere inside the building that can help?
